Warranty:
Global Resource, Inc. has the strongest warranty in the industry.  All equipment, both new and refurbished, comes with a THREE YEAR advance replacement WARRANTY (5 years on select models).  We send UPS to pick up any defective product and ship replacements via UPS 2-day service.

Global Resource, Inc. respects your privacy. We do not, under any circumstances provide third parties any individual identifying information that you provide to us for purposes of serving you better. "Individual identifying information" is information that enables us to identify you, such as your email address, name, title and address. Global Resoruce, Inc. does not, electronically or otherwise, ask for this information at any point in our website. Global Resource, Inc.'s policy is to never ask or send email requests for your personal or private information at any time.
Return Policy:
Global Resource, Inc. charges $11 per phone (for ash color), $15 per phone (for black color) or 20% of invoiced amount (whichever is greater) restocking fee on all returned orders. Shipping costs are not included in return fees and will be bourne by the buyer
