Global Resource, Inc. has the strongest warranty in the industry. All equipment, both new and refurbished, comes with a THREE YEAR advance replacement WARRANTY (5 years on select models). We send UPS to pick up any defective product and ship replacements via UPS 2-day service.

Payment terms are 2%10 Net 30 with approval. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also ship COD and accept faxed check. First time orders, and/or orders from unapproved buyers must be paid COD company check. Our main carriers are UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express, DHL and Yellow Freight. We maintain an extensive inventory of almost every name brand of telephone equipment. We don’t order it, we stock it. Buying a new system and/or phone equipment? Increase your discount and buy from us! We buy your old or defective phone equipment, which allows you to “trade up” to newer models. Call us for details.
